Career Starter is a 25-hour interactive training program designed specifically for you, as a new Harry Norman, REALTORS® agent, to build the knowledge, skills and abilities you will need to quickly launch your successful real estate business.

The Career Starter program is comprised of four full days of classroom training combined with homework assignments and structured in-office coaching sessions with your Managing Broker.

Harry Norman, REALTORS® Career Starter program meets the Georgia Real Estate Commission’s 25-hour post-license course requirement, or, if you have already done post-license training, you may complete Career Starter and receive 24 hours of continuing education (CE) credit. Among the many topics covered in Career Starter are the following:

- Prospecting and planning
- Working with buyers and the Buyer Brokerage Agreement
- Contracts
- Basic sales skills
- Getting the listing/working with sellers
- Financing
- Closing process and procedures

Career Starter classes are designed to prepare you for a successful real estate career through practical information and hands-on experience with the processes, practices, and documents that are relevant to the “real world” of real estate sales. Career Starter instructors include brokers, attorneys, subject matter experts, and professional trainers, who bring associates exciting and innovative training in real estate sales.

In addition to the Career Starter course, Harry Norman, REALTORS® offers coaching and mentoring opportunities at both the branch and corporate levels, to assist new associates in their transition from the classroom to success in their real estate career.
