Dan Parmer

Dan Parmer is the President and Chief Executive Officer for Harry Norman, Realtors; Atlanta’s oldest and largest residential real estate firm. Dan oversees the strategic direction and continued growth for the company in the Atlanta real estate market. Offering a rare combination of industry and financial acumen, Parmer, is a leader with impeccable business ethics and personal sincerity. His hands-on management style connects him to all aspects of Harry Norman, Realtors, which encompasses 25 offices across Georgia and North Carolina.
Dan draws on more than 30 years of corporate financial and management experience, including over 25 years in Atlanta’s residential real estate business. Before moving into his present role, Dan served as President and CEO of Jenny Pruitt & Associates. He was promoted in 2007 after serving as CFO since 2001. Previously he was CFO at Buckhead Brokers Realtors in Atlanta, from 1985 until Buckhead Brokers joined with Coldwell Banker in 1998. Dan was Managing Member for Guaranty Mortgage Services LLC from 1998 to 2000.
Dan is a native Georgian and earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from University of West Georgia where he was honored as the 2008 recipient of their alumni achievement award. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce and First Multiple Listing Service.
