Harry Norman Is Atlanta's Market Leader in 2011

Trendgraphix, the real estate industry's data tracking resource, reports that Harry Norman led the Atlanta real estate market in 2011. For its six-county target market (Fulton, DeKalb, Forsyth, Cobb, Gwinnett and Cherokee counties combined) Harry Norman led in sales volume among properties in all price points. In homes valued over $500,000 the company captured nearly 18% of all unit sales in the region, compared to less than 8% for its nearest competitor.

Harry Norman was especially strong in Buckhead, where it accounted for 15.3% of all unit sales. In Buckhead properties over $500,000, Harry Norman closed twice as many units as its nearest competitor.

In Cobb County, the brokerage captured 25.4% of sales volume for $500,000+ properties, as opposed to 7.7% by the second-place performer.

Trendgraphix also reported strong 2011 numbers for Harry Norman in Fulton, Gwinnett and Cobb counties.
