Lake Arrowhead is a beautiful mountain subdivision in North Georgia featuring 8,000 acres of hardwood forest and two private lakes. The 540 acre lake is the largest privately owned lake in Georgia. It provides activities such as sailing, power boating, canoeing, kayaking, water-skiing, swimming and fishing. The lake is stocked with large mouth bass, bream, catfish and crappie.
Lake Arrowhead is located near Canton in Cherokee County, one of the fastest growing cities in the U.S. Over 8,000 homes are expected to be built over the next few years in Cherokee county. Directions
I-575 North, take exit 20 (Canton Riverstone Parkway) turn left onto Riverstone Parkway.
Go about 3 miles and turn right onto 140 west towards Waleska (Reinhardt College).
Go 8 miles and turn left on Little Refuge, you will see a sign for Lake Arrowhead.
Follow this road and you will run into the north entrance to Lake Arrowhead on the right.
