I have been an Atlanta resident since 1989, and during this time have seen many exciting changes and growth in our wonderful city. I am proud to call metro-Atlanta my home, a premiere destination for families and businesses alike. Its outstanding schools, a thriving, diverse economy, global access, low costs of business and living, and a vibrant quality of life, are just some of the reasons to choose metro-Atlanta for your next home.
I absolutely love what I do and take immense pride in serving my clients in a way to always exceed their expectations. I recognize that the sale or purchase of a home is one of the most important emotional and financial decisions anyone makes in their lifetime, and I do not take that lightly. Whether the transaction is a $100,000 first time home purchase or a multi-million-dollar sale, I believe every buyer and seller deserves a luxury experience, and an agent who genuinely puts their interests above all else. I have embraced this philosophy throughout my career, and as a result, 98% or my business today comes from referrals and repeat clients.
On the Personal Side
Besides being a Realtor®, I am a wife 30+ years to a wonderful man, and mother of two incredible young, adult children. I met my hubby shortly after college when I moved from North Carolina to New York to become an international flight attendant, and ‘see the world.’ (A big dream of mine back then). He swept me off my feet with his ‘Italian charm,’ culinary skills, and love of family. We shared many common interests, one of which was travel. I am very fortunate to have seen so much of our wonderful world, and experience so many diverse cultures. I think this experience has served me well in my career working with clients from many different walks of life.
Besides travel, I also love to spend time with family and friends, and my husband and I love to entertain. We are ‘foodies’ somewhat, instilled largely by my husband’s love of cooking and skills in the kitchen. So, rest assured, if you are a dinner guest in our home, it will be an event! Fortunately, our daughter and son have embraced this love of good food, and may be outpacing us a bit in the kitchen.
Commitment to My Profession
So, why did I choose a career in real estate? As mentioned, I had an exciting early career in the airline industry. I grew in that profession where I worked for a major airline and was promoted to Quality Service Manager and Inflight Services Manager. I also spent some time in marketing as well as human resources and recruitment. A few years later, I went back to school and received an MBA with an emphasis in Marketing. While in graduate school, I worked for IBM in Atlanta, and later worked as a Business Consultant for another organization.
I grew up in a family of entrepreneurs, and worked in my family’s hosiery manufacturing facility while in high school. Years later as a business consultant, my clients were business owners and entrepreneurs. Having spent so much time with professionals who owned their own business, I found that was what I wanted to do as well. I also found I loved touring the many beautiful homes in Atlanta when purchasing our Atlanta home. A career assessment completed with a career coach, pointed to ‘realtor’ and the rest is history.
From the beginning, I made a commitment to educate myself and work diligently to be the very best Realtor® I could possibly be. That drive influenced my decision on where I chose to work. I sought to hang my license with a firm and broker who shared my values on quality and integrity. Today I continue to be a lifelong learner to ensure I stay on top of the latest industry and market trends, so I may adequately serve my clients.
I have always been a very detail-oriented person and someone who has spent their entire career in the service industry. I put all my skills and years of experience in marketing, sales and customer service to work for you. I believe selling or buying a home should be an enjoyable and stress-free experience for you. With all the intricacies of the process and the many challenges it can present, my role is also ensuring proper and timely communication, so we achieve your desired end result.
